It's hard to go to bed with all the possibilities of expanding the project swimming around in my brain!<br /><br />One "hot" idea is that of importing the Nali chili sauce that is unique to Malawi. It's truly delicious and comes in a variety of flavors: Ginger, Garlic, Paprika, Hot, Mild, Curry. Perhaps we can start a "whisper campaign" about it!<br /><br />I have promised more photos, so I will just choose one at random.
